Mota Homes was founded by Mojtaba Yaghtin to bring honest, careful construction work to homeowners across the Lower Mainland. After years of working on residential projects and watching the same problems repeat (missed deadlines, vague quotes, contractors who disappear), Mojtaba decided to build a company that worked the way he wanted to be treated as a customer.
We are licensed, insured, and small by design. Most of our work comes from referrals, which means every project carries the weight of the next one. We take that seriously.
If you are looking for the biggest crew in the city or the lowest price on the internet, we are not it. If you are looking for a builder who will sit at your kitchen table, walk through the project, give you a real number, and then actually do the work, we would be glad to meet you.
